Indian yoga & meditation teacher Tarun Kumar will visit Whangarei in April to offer a special sun salutation class where the salutations are exercised to mantras (sounds).

It will be Tarun’s third visit to New Zealand, his classes in Auckland so well received the last time he was here, that some of them had to be repeated.

The sun salutations will be held from 6pm - 7.15pm, followed by the heart-soul-meditation course. People can attend one, or other, or both.
