Two top chamber music ensembles will combine for this Anzac Day concert in Waikanae.
Most of the performers are NZSO principals and all are well-known soloists and chamber music players. The Amici Ensemble, led by NZSO Concertmaster Donald Armstrong, are regular performers for Waikanae Music Society.
This year they will be joined by the flute and harp duo Flight (Bridget Douglas and Carolyn Mills) to present a programme of music with a French and Spanish flavour.

Ibert - Deux Interludes for violin, flute and harp
Francaix - Quintet for Clarinet and Strings
Debussy - Sonata for Flute, Viola and Harp
Stravinsky - Three Pieces for String Quartet
Ravel - Introduction and Allegro for harp, strings and wind
