As part of Global Astronomy Month, being held worldwide, South Canterbury Astronomers Group is holding various public events during April.
First event is a telescope workshop, if you have a telescope and need help, bring it along, our members will assist you to find out more about using your telescope.
Ever wanted to find out more about telescopes, this is the oppurtunity.
Following the workshop, there will be Public Observing session, focusing on Saturn.
