The course consists of 4 one hour classes. Registrations essential.

19 April to 28 June 2010. 9.30 to 10.30 am (no class on 7 June - Queen's Birthday)
The class is for Nordic Walkers with prior experience. The ace is light. the class starts with a warm-up and ends with a warm-down. The course is around Hamilton Lake Domain. Registration essential.
