The "First Steps Plus" Course is open to people who have completed a "First Steps" course and are looking to improve their fitness and review the Nordic Walking technique.
Wear good walking/running shoes and comfortable clothing. Bring a water bottle and a raincoat as the class will be held rain or shine.
Date: Sat 17th April, 2010 @ 9:00 a.m. (4 x sessions)
Session Dates as Follows: Cornwall Park 17th April & 15th May
Pt. Chevalier Beach 24th April & 8th May
(No class available on 1st May)
Cost: $40 (plus $20 pole hire)
