The "First Steps" Course will introduce you to the basic Nordic Walking technique and can be enjoyed by anyone eager to reap the benefits of this new, effective form of exercise.
Wear good walking/running shoes and comfortable clothing. Bring a water bottle and a raincoat as the class will be held rain or shine.
Cost: $50 (Poles provided)
Date: Sat 17th April, 2010 @ 10:30 a.m. (4 x sessions)
Session Dates as Follows: Cornwall Park 17th April & 15th May
then Pt. Chevalier Beach 24th April & 8th May
(No class available on 1st May)
