'Trifecta - Laugh Yourself Hoarse' is an hour-long comedy show that's made up on the spot based on audience suggestions.
The team of three MTE actors - Kimmy Muncaster, Andy Kaye and Sarah Bettle - seem undaunted by the thought of filling an hour from scratch. “Honestly,” Kimmy happily affirms, “We have nothing prepared. All the ideas come from the audience on the night.”
MTE has been carving a niche as the best improvisation company in the Waikato and Trifecta, they say, is the pinnacle of that niche. Each night the show will be completely different. What better way to face the cooler months that with a dose of the warm fuzzies from Trifecta.
