The Orewa Beach Half Marathon is open to runners and walkers. 2009 saw just over 1000 competitors line up to compete in its inaugeral year.
This year we add a 5km distance into the mix for those just wanting to have a go and medals for under 16 year old podium finishers. We also welcome our Nordic Walking friends who will be entering in their very own section with medals for podium finishers. 2010 also sees prize money for Half Marathon competitors 1st 2nd and 3rd place getters runners and walkers with trophies and medals and loads of spot prizes.
