Join two ex-pats for a second helping of Full English and a night of side-splitting comedy where no subject is off limits at this year’s NZ International Comedy Festival.

Comedians Danny McChrystal and Reuben Lee return with Full English 2, the sequel to the hilarious sell-out show from 2009.

“We’ve had fantastic success with the show,” says McChrystal. “We’re looking forward to one last hurrah before we go our separate ways to work on different projects.” The Full English shows are renowned for their “no holds barred” approach. “If it makes people laugh and maybe even think, then we have done our job,” adds McChrystal. “We believe comedy is universal and our two differing styles will appeal to anyone and everyone – well almost!”

The show will even give punters the chance to preview the upcoming documentary made about McChrystal and Lee filmed in the lead-up to last year’s Festival show. Edited footage from the documentary will also be used as part of the act.

“Leave the rule book at the door!” says Lee. “Leave the power bill, the mortgage and the pressures of work there too. Come in, switch off and have a great night – we intend to.”

These will be the final ever Full English shows so if you’re going to see any show in this year’s Comedy Festival, this is the one, Full English 2.
