Our September guest is well known Wellington musician Chris Prowse who will premiere new work from his soon to be released album "Trouble On the Waterfront". This is a collection of original songs which provide musical snap shots of the 1951 waterfront dispute in New Zealand. The songs draw their inspiration from David Grant’s book The Big Blue - a collection of insights and stories of this important epoch. Chris will be joined on stage by a number of the musicians who have been involved with the recording of the album.

The first part of the evening will be floorspots from 2-3 other musicians, followed by a short break and then a full concert (60 mins +) from Chris
