BareBones and Cabaret leave the studio to play their first full band gig since their two day residency at the Tauranga Jazz Festival in April.
The boys will be playing material that will feature on their forth coming LP as well as material that will form the basis of their download only EP.
If you are new to BareBones and Cabaret expect a night of rollicking country rock, like "Gram Parsons sitting in with the 13th Floor Elevators whilst Neil Young asks for more 'barn'".
With the demise of the much-missed 'Orange Zephyr', the Waihi Beach Hotel is arguably the best music venue in the Bay of Plenty: it is worth the drive to find a venue that is hip like Kerouac is hip.
