Papamoa Lifeguards Off Road Duathlon Series 2009

1st November 2009 ( afternoon event )
Short course - 2km run - 6km MTB - 2km run ( suitable for 10 years+)
Long course - 4km run - 15km MTB - 4km run

Long course registration starts at 12 mid day, **race starts at 1:00 pm**
Short course registration starts at 1:00pm, **race starts at 2:00pm**

A moderate level of fitness is required for the short course event ( a bit more for the long course!)

Both courses are entirely off-road and are within the Summerhill Farm Park.
The run comprises a loop of undulating off road tracks through the pastures for both short and long courses.
The MTB section will incorporate tracks through the forest for the recreational riders and Sram track and GT track, for the more competitive riders.
