The Miniatures – Peg Doll Families (suitable for ages 5-8 yrs) use miniatures exh image.
Visit the wonderful Bren collection of miniatures on exhibition at HBMAG and then make your own family of peg dolls to take home.

Flags and Banners (suitable for ages 8-12 yrs)
Visit the museum and learn all about the different flags currently on display, then make a personalised flag of your own.

Hawke’s Bay Sporting Greats (suitable for ages 5-12 yrs) use sport show exh image.
Come and hear some of the stories of the sporting heroes of Hawke’s Bay in the new exhibition Growing to Glory. Then get the chance to make a badge of your favourite sporting hero to take home on the HBMAG badge-maker.

Fantastic Furniture (suitable for ages 8-12 yrs) use miniatures exh image.
Many of objects in the Bren collection of miniatures were hand-made – in this workshop you will visit the exhibition and then have a chance to create your room with furniture you make yourself.
Bookings for holiday programmes can be made at HBMAG reception.
Payment must be made at the time of booking. Please book early to ensure you don’t miss out!
