Out of the Blue is a vocal harmony group from the Sunshine Coast, consisting of 15 singers, accompanied by their director Helen Worthington on the guitar and members of the group on percussion. They sing music of various styles including ancient, classical, folk, pop, world and tribal songs in harmonies distinctive to each style.
Out of the Blue was formed in 2005 and performs at private functions as well as community events.
As well as enjoying making music together, Out of the Blue members have a lot of fun, and some close friendships have been formed as a result of singing together.
