An old-fashioned country fair with an ancient theme. There will be musicians, dancing, good old-fashioned games for all ages such as sack races and tug-of-war, food and stalls of locally produced goods, arts and crafts. Details will be posted later. Everyone is encouraged to dress in ancient/medieval costume, i.e. children could come as hobbits.
Stonehenge Aotearoa is located in the Wairarapa countryside approximately 10 minutes drive from the town of Carterton. Public transport to the site is not available. Follow the signs from Park Road at Carterton - the Westpac Bank is on the corner of the turn-off.
