From the seven seas the pirates will come, hiding treasure as they go, trick or treat doors will creak, the voodoo princess hut will beckon and the floor shows and live music will entice. Get your pirate, pixie, witch and wizard outfits on and come help celebrate as Capital E and Civic Square are transformed into a wondrous Pirates Cove. For the courageous there will be fairground rides, treasure to be found and a plank to walk!
