Hallowscream!

Rotorua is in for a fright on Saturday October 31st, with a truly authentic Halloween party at Barbarella on Pukuatua Street.

Fully themed, with trick or treaters 18+ welcome, Hallowscream promises to thrill even the hardest souls and keep them entertained with a massive six bands!

Four piece Auckland band, Fulgura Frango makes its debut in Rotorua at Hallowscream. Consisting of musicians from all corners of the world; South Africa, Iraq, Japan and Russia, Fulgura Frango play fierce music that started out as melodic heavy metal, but has evolved into something almost indescribable. It’s the band’s true passion for music and their fans that keeps them together, enabling them to write and play the kind of music you haven’t heard before.

Also playing at Hallowscream is Auckland based heavy metal band, Heavy Artillery, known for their heavy, experimental style and unique live performances. Formed in 2003, Heavy Artillery has evolved greatly over the years, with their current line-up being the most successful and enjoyable to date. Their music features a wicked mix of guitar solos, captivating riffs and hard-hitting drum beats along with catchy lyrics that will have you singing along in no time.

Local bands Enemy of Fire, Harvest, Merchants of Death and The Collapse are also playing at Hallowscream, giving us one of the biggest and best heavy metal line-ups Rotorua has ever seen.
