The life drawing class will offer beginners a chance to learn some new skills and experienced drawers will have the chance to practice their existing skills.
The format of the class will follow the tradition of quick gestural studies followed by longer poses.
Tuition will be somewhat traditional in its review of the established ways of observing and recording the human form.
Stuart Shepherd has studied life drawing at art studios and art schools in New Zealand, Australia the U.S.A. and his multi-media art work has been exhibited internationally.
For the past 10 years he has taught drawing at Massey University in Wellington.
