This charity duathlon is designed for all level of athletes. It is a teams only event and you can have either two or three members to a team. The event is a duathlon which consists of a 5km run or walk, a 20km cycle and then finished by another 5km run or walk. Simply by entering you have donated to the local HB Cystic Fibrosis Branch. An event t-shirt will be given in your registration pack for each member of your team if you enter before 1 October 2009. Enter on line options are available by going to the website. In the morning there will also be a kids duathlon at the same venue. The venue is Frimley Park in Hastings which you can find by going down Lyndhurst Road which is off Pakowhai Road. There is a prize for the team with the best costume so let your imagination go crazy with this event and enjoy a great day in the park - afterwards have a Picnic in the Park.
