Join the fun at the Devonport Museum for an interactive open day celebrating all things historical. There will be live music and spinning displays plus all the museum displays of early Devonport. Children are very welcome. Entry is free and morning and afternoon teas available for a small charge.
Make a day of it by combining a visit to the Museum with 2 other heritage week events very close by.
At the Devonport Yacht Club on King Edward Parade there is an exhibition of the work of contemporary North Shore Boat builders ( 10am -4pm) and at 2 pm at Holy Trinity Church in Church St there is a literary event "The Flight of Robin Hyde"
