Always wanted to dance but not sure which style you’d like best? Then Speed Dancing is the date for you!
Last year SOL (South of Lichfield) Square was transformed into a jiving hive as the doors of restaurants and bars opened to the dancing masses.
This year Speed Dancing is back. You'll enjoy a whistle-stop-world-tour of dance as you boogie with one dance style for 15 minutes, then shimmy onto the next; think speed dating with dance!
And if you need a breather, there'll be time for a rest and a bite to eat/ drink before giving another dance move a try. Who knows – you may even find the dance of your dreams!
Bring your friends and enjoy a fun afternoon of dance with styles including Hip Hop, Morris Dancing, Bollywood, Salsa, Rock n Roll, Ceroc, Swing and Irish.
