A triathlon and duathlon for women of all ages and abilities. It is all about taking a challenge that will extend you but is achievable. If you don't swim then take part in the duathlon. If you don't run then there is a walk section. Come along and experience the feeling of standing on the start line and then the thrill of crossing the finish line! There is 10 year age groups and at prize giving we have placing and spot prizes. This is a great way to get you active for summer. Take the challenge.
Distances are:
Triathlon: 100m Swim, 10k Bike, 3k Run or 1.5k Walk.
Duathlon: 1k Run or 500m Swim, 10k Bike, 3k Run or 1.5k Walk
