You can’t get more rockstar than the name, but Love is Jonny’s given name and also the subject of many of his original recordings. Jonny is a consummate performer on the local scene with the last 2 years being spent on the road honing his craft.
Chart success has seen Jonny peak at #7 on the local NZ radio charts with his smash single ‘Not The First Not the Last’ and he is releasing his 4th single in August with the track “Take Me Home” in conjuction with a national tour.
He is a foundation member of The C.V.E collective and has performed alongside Jason Kerrinson (Opshop) on the Acoustic Lounge Tour 08 and Roberta Flack.
With these among many other performances under his belt and his legendary year residency at Chapel Bar on Ponsonby Rd, Jonny creates an instant connection with his audience and blends the bittersweet originals with a fine songbook of known material.
