Whoa what a great performance. Took a couple of friends along, who were well impressed. The opening act by the two guys from the Mots was laid-back and fun, playing with that understated kiwi humour that kept everyone amused and entertained. The lead singer did a great job of keeping things going while the bass player made an emergency run to take keys to his wife. Miriam and her band provided a rich, and varied range of numbers, again in that very relaxed kiwi style, leaving us humming their final number as we left the venue. Plan to request the CD for Christmas.
