About Artisan Guns: East Auckland based four-piece formed in 2006. Have gigged with The Ruby Suns, The Electric Confectionaires, An Emerald City, The Nudie Suits, White Birds and Lemons, Teacups.
Artisan Guns are a swarm of angry wasps, born from the ashes of a dead phoenix. Like a black hole, transporting you to another dimension. A link from the past, propelled into the future. An entire civilization captured in the pages of a book. Endless fields with countless foes. A question with an answer left untold. Penguins and fluffy lambs. Granted this doesn’t tell you what you can expect from this young Auckland band, but if anything it shows they are smart and creative which more than transcends to there music with a beautiful maturity much beyond there years.
