Heretaunga Players produces a right, rollicking night of Victorian songs, jokes, entertainers and including the heart-rending story of a young maid who falls in love, is cast out by her father, falls victim to the machinations of the villain, but is saved by her hero and his mischievous friend and lives happily ever after in the melodrama "Hazel Kirke, or, Adrift From Her Father's Love" (based on the original script by Steele MacKaye), at Expressions, Upper Hutt.
