The Annual Te Awamutu Craft Fair showcases New Zealand made crafts, and has been a huge success each year due to the approaching Christmas Season as an ideal opportunity to buy locally made Christmas presents. Stall holders this year include local artists, plants & seedlings, wooden toys, concrete garden sculptures, pet beds, soy candles, flowers, knitting, woodturning, corrugated garden art, photo art on tiles, hypertufa, mosaics, local wineries & much more.
The Craft Fair will be used to raise awareness of Plunket in Te Awamutu. Plunket is a very worthy cause and they need to raise funds for a new building that they will be moving into later in the year.
