The flavours of the coastal Bay of Plenty will be the stars of the annual Tauranga Moana Seafood Festival, set for Saturday 28 November. The festival will be held along the historic Dive Crescent area in central Tauranga, with the road closed for the event.
Sample succulent varieties of fresh seafood that will tantalise your taste buds, all your seafood favourites will be there. These include mouth watering oysters, seafood, king prawn & salmon kebabs, whitebait and paua fritters, crayfish, seafood chowder, kina, mussels, smoked fish, wild pork, venison and much more.
Enjoy live entertainment on three stages, including a performance by popular Kiwi band – dDub, plus 3's Company, Triple J, J.Lawless, fire dancers, kapahaka, local musicians and also the sweet voice of vocalist Anna Hawkins. The arts and crafts in the Cargo Shed also will boast many creations from our artistic community.
Committed to sustainability, this accredited Green Event supports keeping our country green. So be prepared for our recyclable, re-usable, or biodegradable packaging and please help us protect our environment by ensuring you dispose of waste when using our monitored waste stations.
