For the 13th time Golden Oldies Netballers will meet for another week of Fun, Friendship and Fraternity, in a very special place, New Zealand’s South Island adventure township of Queenstown.
Day 1: Sunday 01 November
• Arrival of teams in Queenstown.
• Meeting and greeting at airport and transfer to your Festival Hotel.
• Team Managers briefing
• Opening Ceremony and Parade of Nations
• Welcome Party cocktail function
Day 2: Monday 02 November
• First day of games with transfers to and from the playing venue.
Day 3: Tuesday 03 November
• Mid-week Picnic
Day 4: Wednesday 04 November
• Second day of games with transfers to and from the playing venue.
Day 5: Thursday 05 November
• Day at leisure with optional sightseeing
Day 6: Friday 06 November
• Last day of games.
Day 7: Saturday 07 November
• Grand Finale Dinner and Air New Zealand Awards Ceremony at the Queenstown Events Centre.
Day 8: Sunday 08 November
• Departure Day or onward touring.
• Time to farewell new and old friends and make a pact to meet again at the next Golden Oldies World Netball Festival in 2011.
