New West Coast Swing Intro Course

This is the moment all West Coast Swing fans have been waiting for! Viva Latino introduces a 4 week intro course starting Friday 27th of November. What an exciting way to finish up 2009!

So what is West Coast Swing (WCS)? It’s a unique dance style that you can dance to any type of music. That’s the beauty of it! You can perform it to Hip-hop, Funk, R&B, Jazz, Swing, Blues ... you name it! It is versatile, smooth, sophisticated, stylie and sexy and is great fun to both watch and perform.

Who will be your teacher? West Coast Swing professional - Louisa Alix ...

* 10 years of West Cost Swing dancing experience in the home-country of this style, USA

* taught by Tatiana Mollman, Jordan Frisbee, Deborah Szekely and Robert Cordoba – the top West Coast Swing Dancers in the world

* regular competitor and winner of Jack and Jill (USA) competition, where your social dance skills are put to the test

* holds a certificate in instruction of West Coast Swing through the Professional Dance Instructors Association

* recommended member instructor of the World Swing Dance Council by training through the Golden State Dance Teacher's Association

When: Fridays, starting November 27th at 7:30pm

Where: Viva Latino Dance Studio, 10 Newton Rd, Newton, Auckland
