Masterclasses, Workshops, and Recital by Senior CSM Ensembles with distinguished violinist Martin Riseley, Head of Strings at the New Zealand School of Music.

The recital is proceeded by workshops and Masterclasses with Martin Riseley beginning at 10.30 a.m. Tickets for the concert and masterclasses are available together or separately from Monday 2nd November from Room 105, Music Centre of Christchurch.

In the evening, starting at 7.30 pm, there will be a recital in the Chapel when ensembles will play movements from quartets by Mozart, Schumann and Dvorak and the Brahms Piano Trio in B major. The programme will also include performances by Martin Risely of a movement of a Bach Partita and Adagio from Haydn's Concerto in C major accompanied by the "Fire and Ice" quartet.
