A great entry level multisport event. Fantastic family atmosphere. Course begins at Muriwai Beach on the West Coast north of Auckland and finishes at Wenderholm Regional Park on the east coast. 10 km forest run, 30 km road cycle, 24 km mountain bike on rural roads, 8 km kayak to finish. Open to individuals, teams, family groups
