Celebrate and sample the new season of Waiheke olive oils, relaxing with jazz, food and wine in a spectacular garden setting at Waiheke's Rangihoua Estate.
Each year this popular festival launches the new season of Waiheke extra virgin olive oil. Meet the local olive growers and olive oil producers at the artisan festival. Sample free tastings of fresh oils. Waiheke olive oils are recognised as some of the best in the world & buy them while they're at their freshest, at special festival prices. The island’s olive harvest has recognition from New Zealand awards to international acclaim.
Rangihoua’s timbered olive tasting room opens to the gardens and grove with acres of lawn to relax and linger to live jazz music. Taste the delectable local specialist food and wine stalls. Sample and enjoy including oysters, paella, pizza and coffee and four Waiheke Island vineyards wines to buy by the bottle or glass. Listen to the island’s talented jazz artists including Briar Ross, The Red Herrings and Waiheke Old Farts Jazz Orchestra.
