The Caol Ila distillery overlooks the sound of Islay and has stunning views of the island of Jura.

This tasting is a celebration of the refined smoky character of the distillery and also features the launch of The Bradley Smoker.

The tasting will be held in the boardroom of the Elliott Hotel, above the shop.

This tasting will launch the Bradley Smokers. If you hunt and fish these smokers are perfect for you. If you live in a more urban environment and want a clean way to smoke your food with no effort and ultimate control and literally without getting your hands dirty - The bradley Smoker is definitely the way to go you.
