Solid Energy Ensemble of Southern Opera - 16 exceptional voices, 7 deadly sins

Following a successful first year of standing ovations around the South Island, the Solid Energy Ensemble is appearing in Nelson for the very first time. This is a sensational elite choral group consisting of 16 carefully selected singers from the Christchurch region. The concert features a programme of well known opera choruses, solos, duets and ensembles with repertoire ranging from opera to musical theatre - all based around the seven deadly sins. Presented by singers not only chosen for their voices but also for their dynamic personalities, this concert brings together exceptional voices for an amazing performance.
