Following a successful first year, the Solid Energy Ensemble of Southern Opera will be performing in the stunning setting of ChristChurch Cathedral with a fantastic new programme. This sensational elite choral group consists of 16 carefully selected singers from the Christchurch region.
The concert features a programme of well known opera choruses, solos, duets and ensembles with repertoire ranging from opera to musical theatre - all based around the seven deadly sins.
Presented by singers not only chosen for their voices but also for their dynamic personalities, this concert brings together exceptional voices for an amazing performance.
From Carmen's LUST to Wagner's WRATH, Phantom's ENVY to Mozart's GREED - this is not to be missed.
