Kaleidoscope World Series Is Back!!!
The Kaleidoscope World Series is an event where you experience and sample up to ten bands in one night doing short showcase sets. It's about exposure, expanding bands audiences and broadening patrons experiences of what's happening in the "live" music scene. This is an ideal opportunity to discover new talent. Upon entry, each patron receives a sampler compilation cd featuring all the artists appearing on the night. The Kaleidoscope World Series began in 2003 at the magnificent Ambassador Theatre, Pt Chevalier. The event was so successful that it continued on to become a regular mainstay in the New Zealand music scene and to this point have staged twenty four shows throughout the country. Over 250 different acts have played Kaleidoscopes, many going on to very successful musical careers.
After a two year hiatus, The Kaleidoscope World Series returns this month to stage two shows at the beautiful Masonic Tavern in Devonport, Auckland.
