Each dinner features authentic dishes prepared especially by our European-trained chefs, partnered with wonderful & carefully chosen wines from Darryl & Bridget's private cellar.

Saturday 23rd May – The Italian Dinner
Chef Predrag Jankovic has cooked in some of Italy's finest kitchens.
Join him on this gastronomic tour of Italia, matched with fine wine from Piedmont in the north to Sicily in the south.

Each degustation dinner is $130pp and includes –
Canapés & a flute of bubbles on arrival
Three individual entrée-sized courses, each specially matched with a 150ml glass of selected wine.
Dessert course to finish, matched with a 75ml glass of selected wine.

For each dinner, please arrive at 7.00pm for a 7.15pm start. Dress – smart casual.
