Ascension Gourmet Dinner Series - The Grunty Reds Dinner

Hosted at the Long Table by Ascension Wine Estate owners Darryl & Bridget Soljan

Each of the dinners in this series features authentic dishes prepared especially by European-trained chefs, partnered with wonderful & carefully chosen wines from Darryl & Bridget's private cellar.

The Grunty Reds Dinner
As we head toward winter, some big grunty red wines are in order, and full flavoured dishes to go with them! A grunty Chardonnay will be included, and a full throttle dessert wine to finish!

Each degustation dinner includes –
Canapés & a flute of bubbles on arrival
Three individual entrée-sized courses, each specially matched with a 150ml glass of selected wine.
Dessert course to finish, matched with a 75ml glass of selected wine.

For each dinner, please arrive at 7.00pm for a 7.15pm start. Dress – smart casual.

Because we are sourcing special & fresh ingredients for these dinners, menus will not be finalized until one week prior to each dinner.
