Beady Eye Theatre and STAMP at THE EDGE present

Witness the action, both on set and behind the scenes as five of New Zealand’s greatest comic talents unleash their unique style of humour in a show that captures the chaotic and hilarious nature of a struggling television channel..

This anarchic caper combines wit, slap-stick, music, drama, live foley and even dancing ponies – all created, operated and performed by our multi-talented quintet. This show is set to be a highlight of this year’s NZ International Comedy Festival.

What could possibly go wrong?

Featuring a star cast including Jamie Bowen (TV3’s A Thousand Apologies, Gary), Simon McKinney (2007 NZCG Best Male Comedian), Brett O’Gorman (Reindeer Monologues, Gary), Toni Potter (Shortland St) and Justine Smith (NZCG 2008 Best Female Comedian), plus a guest cameo appearance each night. Directed by Theatre Stampede's Ben Crowder.

Presented as part of the 2009 NZ International Comedy Festival

I am the type of guy that only needs to walk past a room of painters and will get paint on! Chaos like a long tail cat in a rocking chair factory!

My husband thinks that things always go wrong for him. I point out it can't be all bad, he has me : ) and I usually solve the problem.

For me when ever I where white something explodes on me and leaves marks that stain. Usually tomatoes or something equally as annoying. I have learned not to tap into my angelic side and stick to other colours.

Some tiny thing goes wrong but the ripple effect can bring down governments, end marriages, destroy cities. So be on the lookout for those insignificant incidents that can bring havoc.

Dinner parties. The only good ones are the ones you go to. They would be great - planning a yummy menu, dressing yourself and your place up invitingly - if not for the guests who always seem to have specific dietary requirements, on-going issues with other guests, or last minute changes of plan - where-upon a third of your guest list may simply not turn up!

I wake up in the morning and I have two choices - get my arse out of bed or stay there - most morning i wish i'd stayed in bed - it would have been much more productive ...

EVERY DAY always goes wrong for me...
My motto is "today is worse than yesterday, but better than tomorrow".
I'm the most positive person I know....I'm POSITIVE that everything is bad!!!!!!
