The Eighth Annual 2009 New Zealand Air Guitar Champs (NZAGC)!

The search to find ‘the greatest guitarist in New Zealand who never played’ is on once again!

2009 ‘NZAGC’ Regional Qualifying Rounds begin in January at venues throughout the Nation. Please see below competition and venue details.

The ‘Vesbar will host the NZ National Final on Friday 1 May 2009.

Competition entry is free and entry forms will be available from participating venues.

Sensational prizes are up for grabs including the major prize of a trip for one to Europe, including airfares and accommodation, to attend and compete in the 14th annual Air Guitar World Championships (AGWC) in tropical Finland, August 2009. The 2009 NZ Champion will be richly rewarded with a trip for one, including airfares and accommodation, to Canberra, Australia to attend and compete in the Australian and NZ Final.
