Wordperfect presents NIGHT OF THE LIVING MCS
Open Mic battle with special guest performances.
After a long hiatus of MC battle events in Auckland, Wordperfect has resurrected the original MC cypher combat night.
This was the original event that launched the longest running hiphop mc battle in NZ history ‘The MC Battle for Supremacy’ back in 2000.
MCs/Vocalists will have a chance to pit their skills against others in an ‘open mic battle format’ representing themselves their way, with appreciation by the crowd the only judge.
Whether you rap, skat, toast, or sing the quality of the flavour will determine who is still standing at the end of the night.
