The Auckland Wushu Festival and Competition is an annual event which celebrates Chinese Martial Arts – all styles, all ages and all levels – as well as other aspects of the Chinese Culture.
The Auckland Wushu Festival & Competition gives the people of Auckland City the opportunity to see the richness and the variety of the ancient discipline of Chinese Martial Arts.
The Competition includes competition in Tai Chi Chuan, Children and Juniors Wushu Kung Fu Taolu (forms / routines), Adults Wushu Kung Fu - Taolu (forms/routines) and Sanshou (free sparring), following the Rules and Regulations of IWUF (International Wushu Federation) and the CWA (Chinese Wushu Association).
