RSB - At The Cabana Bar: CANCELLED

RSB is another great musical secret that Northlanders have kept to themselves for long enough.
Tripod Music & Management are delighted to announce RSB’s inaugural show at The Cabana Bar, Shakespeare Road, Napier on Thursday 19 March 2009.

For the past decade or so Whangarei-based foursome RSB has forged a name for itself as a tight musical unit and consummate covers band, proving itself at gala days, school balls, birthday parties and weddings and more recently specialising in corporate functions.

Such variety in the type of events the band plays at means it has an extensive song repertoire tucked under its belt, from the crooning beauty of The Platters' "Only You'' to top anthems by The Police, The Doobie Brothers, Bob Marley, Incubus and Led Zeppelin.

Last year brought RSB (first word Rip, last word Bust) to a musical milestone -- an EP of original work by the four members launched in Auckland in November 2008. Having proved themselves playing other people's songs, these polished, professional performers are proud to now present music they have made themselves.

RSB will be supported by local talent, Groove Foundation who always put on a great show with top-quality musicianship, great sound, sharp presentation and an energetic stage-presence.
