Welcome to the Molenberg SUB Stride or Ride Series (MSS) for another year.
The MSS is a series of events tailor-made just for women. Sarah Ulmer and her team at SUB are all about trying to help women just like you to rip into or maintain their fitness. From total beginners, to those already competing, we're dead keen to give you a reason to get cracking!
The series is for every Kiwi girl and women. Whatever your age, fitness (or lack of), grab your mum, sis, workmates or friends, and come join us for a great day of striding or riding around the country.
There will be merit prizes for the first three of each categories.
The categories are:
Junior - U18
Open - 19-49
Senior - 50+
