Hosted by Charlotte Johansen, Titirangi welcomes back home one of its favourite daughters. Shona Laing makes a rare appearance with her band to present songs old and new. Take this opportunity to hear in concert one of New Zealand’s most original and moving voices.
The Magnets are Ben Collier (Golden Horse, The Nukes), brother Tom Collier and multi-instrumentalist Marcus Lawson (Lucid3, Dave Dobbyn). They deliver a set of originals drawing on blues and alt-country styles, with vocals sometimes reminiscent of the Beach Boys and CSNY, they are an audience favourite.
Hosted by local event creator, performer and great songwriter in her own right, Charlotte Johansen, who will perform her own set of songs.
