Rivers Edge launch their new CD Cambridge Town at Roasted Addiction on Saturday 21 March with special guests Elaine Abras and Mahoney Harris.
Cambridge Town is the second studio album by Rivers Edge,a Pop band from Auckland, NZ.
Featuring twelve original Pop and Folk songs, this album was inspired by travel to the UK, particularly Cambridge and London. These Dylanesque songs have a kiwi feel and tell stories of the great OE.
Elaine Abras - welcome to the bossa, samba jazz styles of Brazil, Elaine plays songs acoustically with ease and delivers a smooth vocal approach.
Perfect sounds to complement dinner or coffee. She also covers The Beatles and Neil Finn Brazil styles.
Mahoney Harris from Rivers Edge eases us into the evening with soothing, sweet country folk style with catchy melodies and jazzy chord changes
