Latino Scary Film Festival (7-8 March)

Do you have a taste for blood, body parts and a hankering for horror films? A whole generation of young Argentine directors that have made low-budget horror films have now developed the confidence to make the jump to more professional productions in an underground movement that spawned the Buenos Aires Rojo Sangre International festival for horror, fantastic and bizarre films that has been running for 9 years.

Scary movies have been earning big bucks and studios are finally taking note of the new crop of Latin filmmakers adding a touch of spice to the horror genre.

Organised by the Latin Rhythm Dance School, Hispanic Club, Argentine director Ygnacio Cervio and the Embassy of Argentina.
