If I were a cheese I would be the most expensive and original with my own tastes and flavours I would make myself look very attractive by giving myself a first impressions label that say's buy me and you will never want any other. I would sell myself by my brightly coloured box that will captured the eyes of all chesse lovers I will come in all sizes small so I am affordable and large so you can enjoy me more i will come in all shapes for children to enjoy the glory of their new cheese favourite.

Blue vein - it even looks a bit like my hands. It blends with other things to give them a lift - just like me. You can't disguse it - most things about me give me away too. Best of all, it ages well and so am I, as gracefully as possible.

TASTY - cos i am. Goes with everything, doesn't offend but not mild in favour either and the best topping melted on your favourite dishes. Satisfying!

My Pappi used to say : " Son, milk is for baby cows ", I say not if it is Farmhouse Brie ! You cannot quite see what it is from the outside, but oh boy the inside is the softest creamiest yummy cheese in the world ! Thats me, a ? untill you meet the softie inside !

I aspire to be a Stilton - sophisticated, refined, full of character, the perfect end to a fine dining experience.
Sadly my friends tell me I am more like a slice of processed cheese - bland, boring, lacking in taste and projecting a plastic exterior.

I've gotta be a top-of-the-line Parmesan, a parmigano stravecchio. I'm well-aged, rock hard, sharp as, complex, popular and versatile. Thanks, grate-ful for the opportunity to compete!
