Celebrate Matariki by joining us at Lopdell House gallery for the opening of
Hoani Waititi Marae students art exhibition in the Spiral gallery. There will be
a special performance by Halau Hula O Kahelelani, a Polynesian dance and theatre group who integrate influences from Hawaii and the Pacific.
Students from Hoani Waititi Marae will also perform to welcome everybody to this very special occasion.
The exhibition includes paintings by senior students celebrating
Matariki through stunning imagery and symbols.
